Job Title: Global Product Development Leader
">In this pivotal role, you will oversee the management and execution of cross-functional product development programs on a global scale. As a seasoned professional, you will lead teams in defining product requirements, planning, development, and launch.
">To succeed in this position, you will establish clear goals and deliverables for each program, aligning with our business objectives. You will foster relationships with stakeholders at various levels, from Manager to Senior Vice President, to drive project success.
">You will serve as a subject matter expert in product development processes, product areas, and customer needs. Your expertise will be invaluable in creating, reviewing, and approving key documentation, including the Product Requirements Document and Phase Exit materials.
">We are seeking an exceptional individual with a Bachelor's degree and 12–15 years of experience in product development. You should possess excellent communication skills, ability to manage cross-functional teams, and capability to build relationships with decision-makers.
