Job Title: AI Enterprise Systems Development Leader

This is a senior-level role requiring 12 to 15 years of experience in professional development and leadership.

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of engineering concepts and effective problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage, motivate and direct cross-functional teams.

We are looking for a highly skilled and visionary leader to join our team and drive successful product development and delivery.

  • Lead Product Development: Oversee the entire lifecycle of product development from definition and planning through to production and release.
  • Manage Cross-Functional Teams: Lead and direct cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery.
  • Build Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and technical partners to ensure alignment and success.
  • Schedule, Budget and Quality: Lead and drive Engineering development to meet program schedule and quality goal within budget target.

Requirements
• 12 to 15 years of related experience in a professional role
• Excellent knowledge and application of engineering concepts along with effective problem-solving ability
• Solid understanding of business environment and competition
• Ability to manage, motivate and direct a cross functional workgroup; and drive successful negotiations
• Solid interpersonal and presentation skills
