Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Power Systems Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of next-generation large-scale AI infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in power systems architecture development, including 48V and 12V DC Power Distribution Network design and analysis, DC-DC Power Conversion, Li-Ion battery back-up devices, bus systems, etc.

The successful candidate will engage with global multi-disciplinary cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, high-performance, high-reliability, and secure solutions for our customers. They will provide technical planning guidance on key power system technologies and design development processes aimed at improving innovation, automation, agility, team efficiency, and quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 8+ years' related experience (or equivalent skill) in Power Systems Design and Development, including DC-DC Power Conversion, Power Distribution, Electrical Circuit Protection Features, and Battery Chargers.

  • Proficiency in reading and understanding specifications, data sheets, and other technical documents; advanced ability to write requirements, functional specifications, design specifications, tech plans, and documentation.

  • Understanding of related power technologies, vendor products, and industry offerings.

  • Ability to identify potential product weaknesses and provide design recommendations for improvements.
