AI Enterprise Systems Platform Delivery Leader

We're seeking a seasoned leader to drive the delivery of AI enterprise systems. As an Engineering Manager, you'll oversee cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Platform Development Lead: You'll represent engineering in Core Teams and work closely with other leaders to drive excellence and innovation.
Project Coordination: Manage high-complexity projects through the entire lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration and timely delivery.
Vendor Partnerships: Foster strong relationships with vendors and technical partners to ensure alignment and success.
Schedule, Budget, Quality: Oversee project schedules, budgets, and quality metrics, driving engineering development to meet business objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive solution and release readiness, leveraging best practices across portfolios and business units.
Business Acumen: Apply business insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize project outcomes.
Requirements
12+ Years of Experience: A proven track record of delivering complex projects and leading cross-functional teams.
Engineering Expertise: In-depth knowledge of AI enterprise systems, coupled with effective problem-solving abilities.
Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
