Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Lead Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for solution-level engineering of AI enterprise system hardware across compute, storage, and networking. You will lead and inspire a multi-disciplined engineering team and partner with other leaders within the organization, driving excellence and innovation in every aspect of your project.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-complexity AI products through the entire lifecycle. You will have the chance to architect solutions that meet the needs of our customers, manage development efforts across diverse engineering teams, and ensure seamless collaboration and delivery.

You will also be responsible for quality assurance and issue resolution, identifying and resolving issues efficiently to ensure the highest quality standards. Additionally, you will apply strong business insights to drive strategic decisions and optimize project outcomes to meet our customers' needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Development Engineering Expertise: Strong background in development engineering of compute, storage, and networking architectures, with proven experience in designing solution-level AI enterprise data center systems.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire multi-disciplined engineering workgroups to achieve outstanding results. Strong ability to influence others to drive project success.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Quality Assurance and Problem Solving: Expertise in root cause analysis, defect resolution, and test plan architecture to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Strategic Business Acumen: Strong business acumen to drive strategic initiatives and optimize project outcomes. Educational requirements include 12 to 15 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or 8+ years with a master's degree.
