Principal Systems Development Engineer

This role puts the spark into the full hardware development lifecycle, from concept to production. It takes experts in system architecture definition, design, analysis, prototyping, sourcing & the debugging and validation of layouts or routes to deliver state-of-the-art products for a changing world.

We work closely with cross-functional teams within suppliers to ensure electronic designs meet a range of requirements, including schedule, feature set, functionality and quality, as well as industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop activities associated with Comms card development and system integration on PCIe, Ethernet, GPU and DPU fields.
  • Lead and manage all electrical activities inside Dell and ODMs from development to sustain phase.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to deliver high quality and cutting edge products for our customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor/Master EE with 10-12 years experiences on Intel/Broadcom/Nvidia NIC cards design and system integration or relevant.
  • Advanced leadership skills for driving cross functional groups, demonstrates problem solving capability and drive for results.
  • Advanced knowledge of analog and digital circuit theory and principles.
  • Advanced technology/engineering skills relating to design, test and quality.

Desirable Skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
