Embark on a Transformative Journey as a Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Infrastructure Solutions Group under Customer Solutions Engineering team in Taipei. As a member of the Server Software Engineering 1-year Rotation Program, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge software solutions and develop innovative new firmware applications.

About the Role

  • Analyze customer business goals, needs, and general business environment to build technical system answers and create sophisticated software solutions
  • Participate in the preparation, review, and evaluation of software requirements and specifications
  • Prepare written specifications for tasks of varied complexity from verbal requirements
  • Use defined software lifecycle methodologies
  • Review and implement test strategies for software products

What You'll Achieve

  • Broaden your engineering skills and perspectives through rotations across Server BIOS, Portfolio Solution Engineering, and Power Engineering teams
  • Develop into a solution architect or engineer leader in your career

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (anticipated graduation between February 2025 and December 2026)
  • Proficiency in programming languages (C/C++/Python), operating systems, BIOS, security, embedded software/firmware, tools, and utilities
  • Familiarity with server technologies
  • Able to code/debug moderately complex programs using design specifications
  • Familiarity with software architectures and applications
