Position Overview

You will collaborate with senior leaders to express new ideas, suggest solutions, develop critical people strategies, and enhance our company culture.

  • Responsible for managing channels and steering budgets
  • Develop channel strategy and testing roadmap by collaborating with publishers and key partners
  • Own relationships with Meta Client partner teams
  • Optimize campaign strategy towards different goals (Prospecting, Retargeting, & Acquisition)
  • Drive efficiency and deliver performance targets to achieve GMV, ROAS & Acquisitions goals
  • Main focus: Managing ads on Meta & other social platforms
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ads-related issues for your channels
  • Implement reporting and dashboards for informed decision-making
  • Set-up tests to measure incrementality of actions implemented
  • Set-up audience management infrastructure to target the right audience on the right platform
Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in performance marketing
  • Paid Social, Display or Programmatic experience is a must
  • Strong understanding of incrementality measurement (Geo-lift, Lift studies…) is a must
  • Experience in working in a fast-growing environment
  • Independent, fast-paced, knowledgeable in online marketing for customer engagement
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to extract the right insight and information
Preferred Skills

Additionally, having:

  • Ability to prioritize work in a complex, fast-paced environment
  • Tech company or eCommerce background
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work with ambiguous problems
