Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Account Representative. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic account management and exceptional customer service.

Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with our customers, understanding their needs and preferences, and developing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination across teams.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to both internal and external audiences.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value accounts, analyzing sales trends, and developing targeted strategies to drive revenue growth. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.

This role requires a high level of autonomy, with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to maintain accurate records, report progress, and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years of relevant work experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through strategic account management and exceptional customer service
