Responsibilities

Project Management & Risk Mitigation:

  • Track project progress and ensure alignment with deadlines and objectives.
  • Anticipate potential risks or roadblocks and take the initiative to resolve issues early.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving project scopes, keeping projects on track in a fast-paced environment.

Cross-Team Coordination:

  • Act as a central point of contact between teams to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Facilitate regular status updates, decision-making sessions, and reviews to keep stakeholders aligned and projects moving forward.
  • Foster a culture of transparency and open dialogue to break down silos and strengthen teamwork.

Product Ownership & Vision:

  • Take ownership of the product lifecycle, from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
  • Drive the product vision with a clear understanding of user pain points, prioritizing features that create meaningful value.
  • Ensure deliverables meet high standards of quality and align with the company's strategic direction.

Agility in Fast-Paced Environments:

  • Maintain flexibility, adapt quickly to changes, and consistently deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Embrace challenges with a problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.
  • Balance immediate project needs with long-term strategic goals.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

  • Clearly communicate project progress, updates, and potential challenges to all stakeholders, including leadership.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across teams, fostering trust and alignment.
  • Advocate for users by ensuring product decisions prioritize the best user experience.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, ideally in a tech-focused environment.
  • Strong product and ownership mindset, with a passion for driving projects from start to finish.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, with experience in cross-functional team environments.
