We are seeking an exceptional professional to join our team as a Catalog Inspector. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of product labeling, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.

About the Role

The Catalog Product Operations & Inspection Team is accountable for overseeing tasks related to inspecting and enhancing label quality and operational precision. As a Catalog Inspector, you will be a key process improvement specialist focused on refining the accuracy of labeling work performed by operators (Labelers, Annotators). You will lead team members and collaborate with various teams to enhance the inspection process, analyze operator error types, refine SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and expand operator skill sets to deliver better results.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct thorough inspections to identify errors and inaccuracies in product labeling.
  2. Analyze root causes of errors to inform data-driven decision-making.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  4. Leverage data analysis skills to optimize labeling processes and improve overall quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Mastery of SQL or similar database management systems.
  • Experience with data visualization tools and techniques.
