Product Quality Enhancement Specialist

The Catalog Product Operations & Inspections Team is responsible for ensuring overall quality and accuracy across all tasks related to inspecting and improving label quality. As a Product Quality Enhancement Specialist, you'll be a process improvement specialist focused on enhancing the accuracy of labeling work performed by operators.

You'll lead team members and collaborate with various teams to drive improvements in the inspection process, analyze operator error types, refine SOPs, and expand operator skill sets to deliver better results.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspection and Root Cause Analysis: Improve the data labeling process and inspect the work of the operation team to improve quality, analyze the root cause of errors discovered during the inspection process
  • Operation SOP and Tool Improvement: Create and improve standard procedure guides that serve as work standards, take charge of improving tools required for operation
  • Project Leading and Stakeholder Communication: Lead accuracy improvements in various labeling projects, communicate flexibly with various related departments

Requirements:

  • Chinese Traditional Language Available
  • Proficiency in using Excel or experience in various data analysis
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce business models
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills when collaborating with internal stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual proficiency in English or Korean
  • Experience in using SQL or similar customer service platforms
