Key Account Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Specialist to join our team in Taiwan. This is a unique opportunity to work with a global company that provides innovative marketing solutions.

The Key Account Specialist will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their goals and objectives are met through tailored strategies and premium service delivery.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and implement account plans to drive client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with brands in the e-commerce industry to create customized solutions and ensure exceptional customer service
  • Communicate regularly with clients to provide timely updates and address inquiries and issues promptly
  • Analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and develop remarketing strategies
  • Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements to optimize results
  • Foster long-term client relationships by providing comprehensive information about our services and products
  • Manage orders and payment processing to ensure timely service delivery and proper financial handling

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in managing online advertising campaigns for media agencies or brands;
  • Knowledge and experience in digital media and programmatic advertising;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin languages;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities;
  • Working experience with MS/G suite.
