As a seasoned product development manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our Server AI Platform. With over 12 years of experience in a professional setting, you will lead cross-functional teams and drive the delivery of high-complexity AI products throughout their lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent grasp of engineering concepts, effective problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of the business environment and competition. You will be responsible for defining product/solution development lifecycle processes, ensuring dependency and deliverable tracking, and driving consistent and accurate cross-functional program metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define product/solution development lifecycle processes
  • Ensure dependency and deliverable tracking across products/solutions/functions
  • Drive consistent and accurate cross-functional program metrics
  • Collaborate with and mentor team members in designing program management practices

Requirements:

  • 12-15 years of related experience in a professional role
  • Excellent knowledge and application of engineering concepts
  • Solid understanding of business environment and competition
  • Ability to manage, motivate, and direct a cross-functional workgroup
  • Solid interpersonal and presentation skills

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
