• This job position is Product Manager in IPC team.
• Execute on the product lifecycle management from launch to end-of-life through continuing optimization of design and cost, adaptations of new components or new features, generation succession, and migration to successors with the objective of maximizing top and bottom lines.
• ODM project management from pre-sale engagement, requirement discussion for final product / solution proposals, to leading project teams for on-schedule, on-quality, and on-budget deliveries that meet customer expectations.

As a product manager, you are the business owner for the product line for which you are responsible. From the initial product planning that fits into the product line strategy, working with R&D to bring your product plan to life, launching the product to market, to generating momentum for sales ramp-up and sustaining the product through its lifecycle, and the subsequent phase-out followed by the successor plan, you are the champion for overseeing and driving the business growth for your product line in a sustainable fashion.

As a successful candidate for this position, you have the following experience:

• Co-create product solutions with key accounts
• Lead cross functional teams to win ODM business
• Product planning and development.
• Product marketing based on 4P framework.
• Product lifecycle management
• Experienced working with R&D, manufacturing, customer service, finance, sales and marketing and other cross-functional organizations on ensuring successful business development before and after product launch.

ᴍɪɴɪᴍᴜᴍ ᴊᴏʙ ʀᴇǫᴜɪʀᴇᴍᴇɴᴛs

• Education: Bachelor or Master degree in IT/EE is a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Product management.
• Language: Fluent in Chinese writing/speaking, Good in English reading/writing/listening/speaking.

ʀᴇǫᴜɪʀᴇᴅ ᴄᴏᴍᴘᴇᴛᴇɴᴄɪᴇs

• TOEIC: 730 minimum, fluent in reading, writing, listening, and speaking.
• Experience with product development and regional communication/support.
• Positive attitude, resilience, out-of-box thinking, ability to work with the R&D team are strong plusses.
