Product Compliance Engineer

As a key bridge between engineering, sales and regulatory departments, responsible for developing and executing market access strategies for products. By leading the certification process, analyzing regulatory differences and assessing feasibility, successfully supporting the expansion of new markets and ensuring product launch timelines and compliance.

• Responsible for the application and extension of local explosion-proof certification for the company's products. The validity of the certificate is synchronized with the product introduction schedule to meet sales targets and business needs.負責公司產品的本地防爆認證申請與展延作業,證書的有效性與產品導入時程同步,滿足銷售目標與業務需求
• 。Continuously monitor and analyze domestic and international regulatory updates to ensure that product design and manufacturing meet the latest standards, thereby maintaining the company's market competitiveness and regulatory compliance. 持續監控並分析國內外法規更新,以確保產品設計與製造皆符合最新標準,從而維持公司的市場競爭地位與法規遵循
• 。Together worked with external certification bodies to obtain the EU Declaration of Conformity for our products. We communicated the engineering changes required by the certification to the design team and established an effective internal feedback mechanism to ensure that our products passed the certification. 偕同外部認證機構,為公司產品取得歐盟符合性聲明。透過向設計團隊傳達認證所要求的工程變更,建立有效的內部回饋機制,確保產品順利通過認證

• 。Update and maintain the list of US export control classification numbers in the company's products, and update the calculation of the US product ratio to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 更新與維護公司產品中的美製品出口管制分類編號清單表,並更新產品的美製品占比計算,確保符合法規要求
• 。Collaborate with Air Liquide's affiliates across regions to conduct regulatory reviews and identify product design gaps with local regulations to simplify and accelerate the market introduction process. 與液空海外子公司的跨區域合作,執行法規審查,識別產品與當地規範的設計落差,以簡化並加速市場導入流程

Required Qualifications And Competenci

• esEducation: Degree in Engineering 工程
• 學位Above 2 years in Gas & Chemical Equipment. 2年氣體化學
• 設備Above 2 years in product marketing or product development/ production in semiconductor and/or electronics industry. 2 年以上半導體和/或電子行業的產品營銷或產品開發/
• 生產Good command of both English and Chinese Mandarin. 良好的英語和中文溝通
• 能力Detail minded 頭腦清楚, 思路
• 仔細Cross department communication Skills 跨部門溝通
• 技巧Proactive way of working and continuous improvement mindset. 積極主動的工作方式和持續改進的思維
