關於角色

作為Senior Product Manager,你將是產品優化的驅動者。在產品核心團隊中,你的任務是確保我們的產品策略能轉化為具體行動與成長成果,並持續提升用戶體驗、留存與營收。這個角色不僅需要扎實的產品思維與數據洞察,也需要能在跨部門協作中發揮影響力,推動產品持續進化。

職責

  • 產品優化與規劃:制定並跟進 App 功能優化計劃,持續改善使用者體驗與留存。
  • 數據驅動成長:分析留存、轉化、營收等關鍵數據,提出實驗與優化方案。
  • 專案推進 / Execution & Ownership:
  • 承擔專案責任:從需求定義、目標設定、到落地驗收,確保交付成果符合 KPI。
  • 優先級與 trade-off 分析:在多重需求與有限資源下,能提出選項與利弊,協助團隊與主管快速對齊決策。
  • 跨部門協作:協同 RD、設計、行銷等團隊,確保專案資訊透明,並在衝突或阻塞點出現時,推動協調解決。
  • 問題解決者:在推進過程中發現瓶頸,能主動提出可行方案並推進落地。
  • 使用者研究:與設計合作進行用戶研究與測試,將回饋轉化為迭代優化。

資格

  • 5年以上產品經理經驗,至少3年以上 App產品優化,且透過數據觀察來驅動產品優化跟迭代。
  • 曾參與高使用量 App 的留存或增長專案,具成功案例。
  • 熟悉產品需求規劃、功能優先級管理與專案落地。
  • 能獨立閱讀數據報表,熟悉核心指標(留存、轉化、活躍、營收)。
  • 具優秀的溝通與跨部門協作能力,能推進專案落地。
  • 能在營收增長與用戶體驗提升之間取得平衡。

加分條件

  • 熟悉電商、工具型 App 或其他高頻使用型產品,具備留存與成長優化經驗。
  • 具備 API / 系統架構理解,能與工程溝通更精準。
  • 熟悉 SQL 或數據分析工具,能自行拉數據驗證。
