Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Software Engineer (C++) located in Xinyi District. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance trading systems. Responsibilities include writing efficient and scalable C++ code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and troubleshooting complex software issues. Additionally, the Senior Software Engineer will contribute to implementing object-oriented programming principles to enhance back-end development and support the firm's trading operations.

Requirements


• 8+ years of software development experience


• Proficient in C/C++ application development with experience in server and component development


• Strong familiarity with both Windows and Linux environments (system operation and development)


• Hands-on experience in high-frequency and low-latency system development


• Solid understanding of financial trading concepts, with experience in securities or financial system development


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of both team-based and independent work

Preferred Qualifications


• Familiarity with stock and futures trading workflows


• Experience in stock/futures strategy program development (e.g., receiving market data from brokers or integrating broker APIs for order execution)
