What you'll achieve

As a Senior Software Principal Engineer, you will be responsible for developing sophisticated systems and software basis the customer's business goals, needs and general business environment creating software solutions.

You will:

  • Take part in the full software development life cycle including architecture, design, development, test, continuous delivery of embedded controller firmware for Dell client products
  • Lead next generation driver architecture design, ensuring it is SoC Agnostic, and secure on x86/ARM based systems
  • Lead feature development as an active member of an agile team, collaboratively realizing features through development, test and delivery
  • Mentor team members in design collaboration, code reviews, development tools and processes

Essential Requirements

  • 13+ years work experience of vendor device software, Windows Driver, and Software development on x86 and Arm Based. Kernel Device Driver experience within AI, System Devices and Windows Services …etc.
  • Deep proficiency in C/C++ with a solid grasp of the Windows Driver Foundation (WDF), Windows Driver Model (WDM), IA architecture, Windows Operating System, Kernel Debug, Windows security features, and driver signing processes.
  • MSFT Windows Driver development (Python/Shell Scripting/C/C#/C++/Java.....) and deployment experience and Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience with the security development life cycle, including technical understanding of common security vulnerabilities and risks, and countermeasures.
  • Knowledge or relevant deployment experience of the PC ecosystem with a focus on PC all kind of device drivers.

Desirable Requirements


•Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or related field


•Experience with vRealize Orchestrator, vRealize Automation, Enterprise Storage, Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence)
