Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fingerprint Field Application Engineer (FAE) located in Taoyuan City. The FAE will be responsible for providing technical support, assisting with field applications, and facilitating sales efforts. Day-to-day tasks include working with analog and fingerprint module, supporting customer inquiries, and collaborating with the PM & Engineering team to provide solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Field Applications and Technical Support 3 years above
• Good Knowledge in Fingerprint or TouchPad IC/devices is a plus
• Technical skills in troubleshooting of notebook devices
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with OEM & ODM
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management or a related field
• Good knowledge in FW, SW structure and Windows platforms
• Good communication skill with internal engineering teams, such as Mechanical, FW, EE, PM Customer service teams
• Experience in the Technical management of NPI phase is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Taoyuan City
• Good English ability in reading and writing

任職資格

• 具 3 年以上產品應用(FAE)或客戶技術支援相關經驗
• 熟悉指紋辨識(Fingerprint)或觸控板(TouchPad)IC / 產品者尤佳
• 具筆記型電腦的
  指紋辨識
  問題診斷,與故障排除能力
• 具良好的問題分析,及與 OEM / ODM 溝通協調能力
• 電機/電子、資工、資訊管理或相關科系學士以上畢業
• 了解韌體(FW)、軟體(SW)架構及 Windows 平台
• 良好的內部跨部門溝通能力(包含機構、韌體、硬體、PM、品保客服團隊等)
• 具 NPI(新產品導入)階段技術管理經驗者尤佳
• 能適應客戶端開會,與例常桃園總部上班
• 具良好的英文閱讀與書寫能力
