We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to support the design, development, and manufacturing of medical defibrillator systems. This role involves working across circuit design, power electronics, high-voltage modules, safety certification, and cross-functional collaboration with mechanical, firmware, quality, and manufacturing teams. The ideal candidate has experience with medical devices—especially high-energy systems—and possesses strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities 工作內容

• 設計並開發心臟除顫器之高壓充電/放電電路
• 開發功率電子相關模組:DC-DC 轉換器、能量儲存電路、開關模組與保護系統
• 確保產品符合國際醫療器材標準(如 IEC 、IEC
• 參與 PCB 設計、電路模擬、樣品試作、測試與設計驗證
• 與機構、韌體、品質/法規、製造團隊密切合作,確保產品性能穩定
• 處理電性故障分析,提出改善與預防措施
• 編寫工程文件:電路圖、BOM、風險分析(FMEA)、測試報告與設計歷程文件
• 支援試產、量產轉移及 DFM/DFT 工程改善

• 與供應商合作,進行零件選型、可靠度驗證與成本/性能最佳化

• Design and develop high-voltage circuitry for defibrillator charging/discharging modules

• Develop power electronics including DC-DC converters, energy storage circuits, switching modules, and protection systems
• Ensure compliance with international medical device standards (e.g., IEC , IEC
• Support PCB design, simulation, prototyping, testing, and design verification
• Collaborate with mechanical, firmware, QA/RA, and manufacturing teams to ensure robust product performance
• Lead root-cause analysis for electrical failures and propose corrective/preventive actions
• Generate engineering documentation: schematics, BOM, risk analysis (FMEA), test reports, and design history files
• Support pilot builds, production transfer, and DFM/DFT improvements
• Work with suppliers on component selection, reliability validation, and cost/performance optimization

Required Qualifications 必要條件

• 電機工程相關科系學士或碩士以上學歷
• 3 年以上
  高壓
  醫療器材或/功率電子設計經驗
• 熟悉高壓電路、電容放電系統及功率開關
• 了解醫療器材安全規範(IEC 60601 系列)
• 能操作量測儀器(示波器、高壓探棒、安全測試儀等)
• 具備良好工程文件編寫能力

• 具備分析能力、問題解決能力與跨部門溝通能力

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field

• 3+ years experience in medical device or high-voltage/power-electronics design
• Hands-on experience with high-voltage circuits, capacitive discharge systems, and power switching
• Knowledge of medical safety standards (IEC 60601 series)
• Experience with test equipment (oscilloscope, HV probes, safety analyzers)
• Ability to generate clear engineering documentation
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and cross-functional communication skills
