工作職責
積極參與部門/工廠的安全計畫。 積極參與團隊合作,保持正面態度,保持個人責任感,並為團隊成員發展提供指導和輔導 參與小型和大型專案/非計畫停車的規劃和執行。根據停車期間的要求提供技術和支援 根據需要提供實際支援以解決現場出現的儀錶/電力問題。 此職位負責執行和/或監督製程控制、控制閥、安全裝置、分析儀、PLC、現場儀表(壓力、溫度、液位和流量儀表)、製程監控設備、低壓、中壓和高壓馬達/斷路器和控制電路以及分散式控制系統 (DCS) 的檢查、維修、安裝、故障排除和修改 除了對工廠儀器和電氣控制進行故障排除、維修和校準外,技術人員還負責新建工廠的調試。 技術人員必須熟悉工廠內的所有設備。這些設備包括:變送器、開關、分析儀、可程式控制器、近接開關、液位控制系統、控制閥、設備和人員安全系統、配電系統、變壓器、單相馬達、三相馬達以及馬達驅動器和控制器。 調查設備故障,確定故障的根本原因,並提出適當的解決方案,以減少故障再次發生或消除故障原因。 建議並指定修改以提高設備性能和/或系統可靠性。 協助制定、實施和定期審查預防性保養計劃,以減少非計劃性停機並提高工廠整體運轉能力。 根據需要更新和/或建立設備的維護手冊/程序。 隨時了解並評估新方法、工作實務、設備、儀器、控制、技術等,以便在工廠內應用和使用。 協助建立和持續改善工廠機械完整性計劃。 必須能夠制定設備維修和大修的工作範圍,編寫和提供技術報告以及將資訊輸入 SAP 以提供有關設備和資訊的文件,從而使組織中的其他人能夠有效地履行職責。

資格
大專以上學歷,相關經驗優先考慮。 具有低壓、中壓和高壓電氣設備維護、啟動或調試的經驗。 具備與配電、馬達和馬達控制、導管和接線實務、照明和接地相關的實務知識,並熟悉國家電氣規範,尤其是危險場所。 能夠讀懂工程圖紙。 熟悉PLC 和 DCS 控制者優先。 在石化、製造業中至少有五 (5) 年的維修經驗。 具備基本的文字處理、電子郵件、AutoCAD和微軟文書處理軟體。 機械維修和保養的實務知識。 具有良好的組織能力、必要時獨立工作的能力、領導團隊的能力。 具備管理技能。 表現出安全的工作技能、基本的電腦技能以及在需要時延長工作時間(包括夜班)的能力。 能夠在團隊環境中與操作員、機械工程師、工程/技術支援單位和其他包商一起工作。 必須願意加班。 汽車駕照。

必須能夠在工業環境中工作,包括爬上高空作業的梯子和台階、上腳手架、上載人升降機類型的設備並穿戴全身安全帶等個人防護裝備。
