Micron seeks a FAC I&C Engineer in Taiwan to contribute expertise to semiconductor facility systems development.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and develop FMCS/SCADA graphical controls for seamless facility operations.

  • Lead facility expansion projects, ensuring flawless execution and timely commissioning handover.

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to address intricate project obstacles, promoting a cooperative work atmosphere.

  • Implement and maintain safe, reliable, and efficient facility systems, adhering strictly to industry standards.

  • Mentor and share knowledge with team members to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated track record in the semiconductor sector, with a focus on Instrumentation & Control (I&C) systems.

  • Outstanding English communication skills, with a TOEIC score of 750+.

  • Displayed proficiency in guiding projects and aligning cross-functional teams.

  • Strong dedication to safety, reliability, and efficiency in facility system operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related team.

  • Extensive experience with FMCS/SCADA systems, including graphical control build.

  • Track record of successful facility expansion and commissioning handover.

  • Passion for mentoring and knowledge sharing within the team.

  • Proficiency in additional languages relevant to the region.
