Become a crucial part of Micron as a Tainan FAC WTS Engineer to optimize water systems.

• Build piping systems and perform flow and pressure calculations to optimize water system performance.

• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to ensure the reliability of water systems.

• Manage annual budgets for operations and improvement projects, strictly controlling costs to meet financial targets.

• Coordinate contractors and vendors, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and schedule requirements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new tool installations, facility hookups, and regulatory applications.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience.

• Proven experience in the operation and maintenance of deionized water, process cooling water, chilled water, and wastewater treatment systems.

• Strong understanding of EHS standards and water treatment regulations.

• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures.

• Engineering or a related field's Advanced degree.

• Familiarity with water purification technologies such as RO, UF, and EDI.

• Experience in energy-saving and sustainability projects, including heat recovery and water reuse.

• Demonstrated history of mentoring engineers at various levels and sharing operational guidelines.

• Active participation in TPM, Kaizen, and ESG initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
