  • Leading the design review and construction of the I&C equipment for Project.
  • Assisting Facilities Co-ordinator with space management and co-ordination of systems.
  • On site responsibility for all I & C packages, installation performance, schedule, safety and commissioning.
  • Responsible for co-ordinating field supervisors and QA engineer in relation to tasks and activities related to I & C.
  • Responsible For the generation, population upkeep and timely turnover of the respective I & C Construction Completion Dossiers.
  • Responsible for the approving of the approving of respective method statement, sub contractor submittals, shop drawings and the like, necessary for the completion of the project.
  • Responsible for liaising with Client counterparts with respect to obtaining Client approvals where necessary.
  • As with the other lead discipline engineers, it is the responsibility of the I & C engineering lead to ensure that all facets of the I & C design conforms to codes and utility company requirements.
  • Production of tender packages.
  • Conducting tender review interviews.
  • Production of tender recommendation report for Client.
  • Production of detailed estimate for Client review.
  • Conducting weekly progress meetings with sub-contractors.
