[ Job Summary ]
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist who can independently manage recruitment (selection), onboarding/offboarding processes, and daily HR administrative operations.

[ Key Responsibilities ]
1. HR Operations & Administration: Manage daily HR tasks including employee onboarding/offboarding, employment contracts, and personnel records.
2. Recruitment Support: Assist with job postings, screening, scheduling, and candidate communication.
3. Employee Relations: Act as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and escalate issues as needed.
4. Performance Review Coordination: Help organize performance review cycles and maintain documentation.
5. Training & Engagement Logistics: Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.
6. HR Reporting: Maintain HR data and prepare basic reports (headcount, turnover, etc.).
7. BPM Reimbursements: Handle HR-related requests and expense claims via internal BPM systems.
8. Visa Support: Assist with work permit and visa applications for foreign employees.
9. Ad hoc HR project

[ Qualifications ]
1. 2–3 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist or HR operations role in Taiwan.
2. Familiarity with Taiwan labor laws and statutory benefits.
3. Experienced in using ATS tools and internal BPM systems.
4. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
5. Demonstrates discretion when handling confidential or sensitive employee information.

[ Nice to have ]
1. Prior experience handling foreign employee visa/work permit applications is a plus.
2. Strong communication skills in English.
