Qualifications

  • 負責完整的招募流程:履歷篩選、面談安排、錄取及入職溝通\ Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding
  • 維護並擴充人才庫,建立長期候選人關係

    Maintain and expand the candidate database; nurture long-term relationships
  • 策劃與執行雇主品牌活動、校園招募與永續形象推廣
    \
    Plan and execute employer branding and campus recruitment initiatives
  • 與用人主管密切合作,確保職缺需求與人選媒合精準
    \
    Partner closely with hiring managers to ensure alignment and quality of hires
  • 協助新進人員 Onboarding,打造良好入職體驗
    \
    Support onboarding programs to enhance employee experience
  • 參與 HR 專案及主管交辦事項

    Contribute to HR projects and ad-hoc assignments
