Job Description

  • Independently resolves IT issues for internal users through onsite and remote support.
  • Owns the full lifecycle of IT services, including hardware/software installation, user onboarding/offboarding, and asset management.
  • Capable of maintaining and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs), service level agreements (SLAs), and customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores.
  • Involved in various IT projects such as office builds and is responsible for installing and configuring IT equipment like networking, printers, meeting room and cabling.
  • Ensures compliance with IT policies, participates in addressing security incidents, and manages vendor relationships and procurement processes in line with company guidelines.
  • Proactively seeks to improve processes, maintains technical documentation, and helps onboard new team members.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in helpdesk or L1 support with a minimum 2-year hands-on experience managing workstations (Windows & MacOS) and endpoint devices.
  • Experience with networks, firewalls, and desktop computing/management technologies (like Fortinet, Palo Alto)
  • Fluent in English, capable of basic correspondence with regional counterparts and engaging in meetings.
  • Ability to work independently and own problems end-to-end
  • High service orientation and customer skills
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • An individual who pays attention to details
  • At least deep knowledge in one or more of the following areas:

JIRA & Confluence usage

Intune and Jamf knowledge
