Lead and mentor a regional team delivering compliance services across Taiwan and neighboring markets years of relevant experience in software license compliance, risk assurance, or internal audit. Prior tenure with a Big Four audit firm or equivalent compliance advisory role is strongly preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder relationships. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Advanced analytical capabilities include in-depth customer profiling, market and industry trends, customer competitor analysis, and in-house datasets. Deep understanding of the software commercial lifecycle, licensing models, and regulatory frameworks with project management mindset. Strategic mindset with the ability to view accounts holistically and craft tailored compliance solutions. Professional maturity to engage diplomatically with senior executives and internal leadership. A passion for protecting intellectual property while enabling customer success through education and transparency. Build and maintain strong relationships across Legal, Finance, Sales, Operations, and Partner ecosystems. Oversee end-to-end license compliance engagements including advisory, usage assessments, and anti-piracy initiatives. Interpret complex licensing agreements and transaction histories to formulate tailored compliance strategies. Design and implement education campaigns, enforcement protocols, and advisory frameworks to promote proper software usage.
