【Position Overview】

This is a
rotational training program
designed for
fresh graduates and early-career professionals
. You will gain hands-on experience across three core departments —
Compliance, Operations, and HR
— to develop a comprehensive understanding of how a cryptocurrency exchange operates.

  • Approximately
    70–80%
    of your time will focus on
    Compliance-related work
    , while the remaining
    10–20%
    will involve
    Operations and HR management
    . Through this program, you'll build a solid professional foundation in a
    real-world, international crypto industry environment
    .

【Responsibilities】

  • Assist in preparing and organizing regulatory and licensing application materials, documents, and evidence lists across different countries/regions.
  • Participate in managing and reviewing
    Anti-Money Laundering (AML)
    and
    Know Your Customer (KYC)
    processes for the company and its affiliates.
  • Communicate and coordinate professionally with external consultants, legal advisors, and third-party vendors to ensure project progress.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental data collection, track project progress, and compile meeting minutes and action plans.
  • Support the development and optimization of
    transaction monitoring
    and
    KYC/KYB
    process Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Assist in HR and operations-related tasks, including policy implementation, data/report analysis, and recruitment support.
  • Gain a holistic understanding of the
    exchange's operational structure
    and
    global market mechanisms.

【Requirements】

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Economics or Law related majors; fresh graduates or candidates within two years of graduation are welcome.
  • Strong
    English communication skills
    (reading, writing, listening, speaking) for professional coordination with overseas teams.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly responsible, with a strong interest in
    financial regulations
    and the
    crypto industry
    .
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Open-minded toward
    new technologies and AI tools
    , and willing to adopt them to improve work efficiency.

  • In-depth understanding or hands-on experience with
    crypto trading, ecosystems, or markets
