Job Description

•Lead the full life-cycle of amplifier development—from planning, prototyping, and integration to testing and deployment.

•Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
•Drive cross-functional execution across hardware, RF, embedded firmware, software, and testing teams.

•Manage project risks, resolve blockers, and communicate status to stakeholders. Technical Program Leadership

•Coordinate development of a DOCSIS 4.0 Smart Amplifier featuring:

1. FDD up to 1.8GHz
2. Real-time FFT capture
3. Return path auto-alignment
4. AI-based ingress detection and remote diagnostics
5. gNMI integration with EMS/AMP

•Ensure amplifier designs are operator-compatible (e.g., Starline Mini Bridger, Gainmaker, Navicore, Line Extender variants). Vendor & Customer Coordination

•Collaborate with chipset vendors, EMS providers, certification labs, and component suppliers.

•Align development with requirements from MSOs (e.g., Charter, Comcast).
•Ensure product compliance with SCTE, CableLabs, UL , FCC, and CE. Documentation & QA

•Oversee generation of product requirement documents, design reviews, test plans, and release notes.

•Work closely with QA to ensure reliability, burn-in testing, and certification milestones are achieved.

Requirement

•Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or related field.

•5+ years of experience in technical project management for telecom, embedded systems, or RF hardware.

•Solid understanding of DOCSIS standards, RF design principles, and embedded product development.

•Proven success managing end-to-end hardware/firmware/software integration projects.

•Experience developing or managing Smart Amplifier, Node, or similar RF access devices is plus.

•Mandarin and English fluency preferred for cross-region collaboration.
