我們在台灣的包括「火箭速配」,以實惠的價格為多種精選商品提供隔日到貨服務。「火箭跨境」供應來自韓國、美國等地數百萬種暢銷商品,並提供國際速配服務。
 
我們正在尋覓人才協助我們帶領 Coupang 台灣拓展業務。這是個難得的機會,一同參與 Coupang 在台灣的成長,打造一個讓我們的顧客自問「沒有 Coupang,我該怎麼生活?」的世界。   

職位名稱:配送站長(配送站/營運營區主管)

工作內容:
 根據 Coupang 標準作業流程(SOP)管理營運營區內的配送、設備、人力資源等,以確保整體配送流程順暢無礙
執行分揀、包裝及出貨等日常配送營運工作
管理並優化營區營運績效,包括績效資料分析與流程改善活動
確保各項SOP及安全作業流程的執行與落實
建立並培養營區內的團隊管理幹部,透過培訓與指導提升營運能力
與相關部門(如配送、客服、設備管理等)進行橫向協調,確保跨部門合作順暢
定期檢討營運指標(如處理件數、誤差率、延誤率等),並制定改進計畫

資格條件:
具備 4 年以上實體營運管理經驗,尤以物流中心、配送中心、製造業者優先
大學以上學歷,科系不限
具備優異的邏輯思維能力與現場問題解決能力
可接受輪班工作與高壓環境
良好的溝通能力與團隊協作能力
基礎電腦操作能力(Excel、Word 等)

分條件:
熟悉物流或電商配送營運者優先
具備流程優化、現場改善(如 Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma)經驗者尤佳
擁有倉儲、配送或包裝流程自動化、標準化專案經驗者加分
