Role Overview

The Sortation Manager plays a critical role in leading inbound parcel sorting at the camp, focusing on quality and efficiency. Manages helper staff to ensure timely, accurate sorting and correct route assembly for daily delivery. Conducts quality audits, addresses discrepancies, and maintains a safe, organized work environment in line with SOP standards.

What You Will Do 

Oversee helper team scheduling, training, and daily task execution.

Manage sort-to-route handoff process with accuracy and urgency.

Track and report sort metrics (e.g., mis-sort rate, parcel accuracy, scan compliance).

Collaborate closely with Camp Leaders and Camp Manager for end-to-end operational alignment.

Lead daily pre-dispatch coordination to ensure delivery readiness.

Basic Qualifications  

Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Design, or equivalent degree/experience.

Excellent communication and storytelling skills.

10+ years of experience in process enhancement, project management, and problem solving.

Preferred Qualifications 

Experience in working and collaborating with diverse teams in a rapidly growing environment.Ability to analyze data, provide insight and apply solution.Experience in implementing/managing complex projects while leading various stakeholders.Ability to show commitment at work and exert leadership.Ability to mentor junior and senior engineers.Fluent in English communication.
