【What you will be doing】
- 維護客戶關係:運用數據分析及市場零售趨勢,協助客戶設定目標並提供具體落地計畫,推動客戶業績成長。
- SHOPLINE 系統專業運用:深入了解 SHOPLINE 產品功能,主導客戶 Onboarding,包括標準化的流程建置與客製化專案規劃,幫助客戶進行商店設置並優化操作,提升系統使用率。
- 執行顧問陪跑專案:輔導潛力客戶參與顧問陪跑計劃,提供線上 1:1 顧問深度諮詢,針對客戶的電商數據與經營指標,提出優化官網營運策略,達成品牌業績目標。
- 依據客戶需求提供建議與解決方案,提升服務滿意度。
- 跨部門協作,蒐集市場與客戶回饋,協調內外資源解決問題。

【Who we are looking for】
- 數據分析報告能力:具數字敏銳度,邏輯思維清楚,簡報提案能力佳。
- 溝通與協調技巧:具有清晰的溝通談判能力,能有效傳達複雜的資訊。
- 問題解決能力:能快速分析問題,提供解決方案。
- 抗壓力與責任感:具高度責任心與細心,能在壓力下高效完成目標。
- 具備 2-4 年品牌端 / 電商實務營運相關經驗尤佳。

【It'd be plus if you have】
- 熟練文書工具:精通 Excel(或 Looker Studio)、Google Slide(或 PowerPoint)等數據分析與簡報製作工具。
- 相關領域經驗:擁有電商行銷、社群購物、市場分析或相關工作經驗者佳。
- 能透過耐心及親切的溝通方式,站在客戶角度帶領熟悉產品操作。
- 可獨立解決問題,並適時配合團隊合作。
- 良好時間管理能力,妥善規劃工作進度。
- 熱衷學習新事物,靈活應對挑戰,積極提出優化建議。
