Lead Product Owner

A dynamic and strategic leader is needed to spearhead the development and launch of a new sofa line.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in product ownership, category management, and cross-functional team leadership. They should be able to analyze performance data, identify revenue opportunities, and make informed decisions.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Develop and implement strategies for end-to-end business performance
    • Collaborate with leadership to set pricing and product lifecycle roadmaps
    • Identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities using data-driven insights
Customer-Centric Product Development

The successful candidate will work closely with design and engineering teams to iterate product features and gather customer feedback.

  • Main Objectives:
    • Position the Marshbello line according to the overall business strategy
    • Develop products that meet customer needs and preferences
    • Ensure alignment across all touchpoints
Cross-Functional Leadership

The Lead Product Owner will lead cross-functional squads using CRM, Performance Marketing, Logistics, and CX as service partners.

  • Mission Critical:
    • Drive innovation in logistics, sustainability, and modularity
    • Own the roadmap for product extensions and evolutions
    • Monitor D2C furniture and lifestyle trends
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 4+ years in product ownership or category management (D2C preferred)
    • Proven track record of launching and scaling physical consumer products
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with performance data
    • Deep understanding of eCommerce and customer lifecycle
