Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects involving product development, sourcing, manufacturing, and launch. You will manage timelines, resources, and communications across internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution of strategic initiatives.

This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented leader with excellent organizational and communication skills.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Define scope, goals, and resource requirements in alignment with company objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Design, Operations, or related field.
  • 3+ years experience in project management, preferably in furniture, consumer goods, or e-commerce.
  • Experience working with overseas suppliers or manufacturers is highly desirable.
  • Strong command of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Excel).
  • Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong ability to manage competing priorities.
  • PMP certification is a plus.
