Leadership Opportunity in Therapeutic Area Immunology

As a senior leader in the field of therapeutic area immunology, you will be responsible for driving growth and innovation across our entire range of products. We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong track record of success to join our team as a Therapeutic Area Head.

  • Ensure effective Medical and Scientific Leadership is provided by the Therapeutic Area Head, and respective Cross Functional Teams, for all New Business Development opportunities and New Product Introductions, to enable successful and compliant identification and launches of new products.
  • Drive business growth within Medical Education across the Therapeutic Area, ensuring all projects align to Brand strategies, are appropriately resourced and are 100% compliant.
  • Develop strategic plans around proactive and compliant engagement of Medical Scientific Liaisons (MSLs) in the field, which are measurable, align with and drive the achievement of business goals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, such as Sales & Marketing, Government Affairs, Health Economics, Medical Communications, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Information, Global Clinical Operations, and Pharmacovigilance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactive issue management and fostering close collaboration within the Medical Affairs.
  • Leading Medical Strategy execution by the TA Medical team.
  • Ensuring robust Medical and Scientific Leadership.
  • Driving customer insights to inform meaningful activities aligned with business goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • Medical Degree, Clinical Pharmacology degree, or PhD and/or Master's Degree.
  • At least 5 years of industry experience.
  • Strong communicator and stakeholder manager.
  • Strategic thinker able to translate strategy into executable activities.
