Product Leader for Digital Transformation

We're looking for a talented Product Director to lead the design and development of a Google-specific paid search & shopping ad automation platform. This role is critical to driving marketing efficiency and global growth, starting with Taiwan.

This is an exceptional opportunity to build intelligent, full-stack automation that connects our vast product catalog with Google Search & Shopping Ads at scale. You will define and execute the product roadmap that powers high-performance campaigns, delivering measurable return on ad spend (ROAS) and user growth.

You will partner closely with Engineering, Marketing, Growth Product, and Data Science teams to transform paid search into a strategic growth engine for our international business.

• Develop the product roadmap for Google Search & Shopping ad automation across Taiwan and other international markets.
• Build systems to automate keyword selection, campaign structuring, bidding logic, landing page mapping (SDPs), and creative (image/text) selection.
• Integrate with Google Ads APIs to launch and manage high-volume, high-efficiency paid search campaigns.

• Design experimentation frameworks and robust measurement pipelines to evaluate campaign performance.
• Leverage machine learning and NLP to optimize keyword matching and search intent understanding.
• Drive system scalability to support millions of SKUs and evolving marketing goals.

• Collaborate with growth product leaders, engineers, and analysts to ship, test, and refine features quickly.
• Work closely with stakeholders across Taiwan, Korea, and other global teams to align on business priorities and execution plans.

• Expand impact beyond Taiwan to other verticals such as Coupang Eats, Play, or future international markets.
• Position Coupang as one of the leading players in Asia with an integrated marketing product & engineering team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 10+ years of product management experience, including building ad platforms, search optimization tools, or automation systems.
• Deep understanding of Google Ads (Search, Shopping) mechanics and APIs.
• Proven success launching automation tools for keyword creation, bid management, landing page strategy, and performance optimization.
• Strong data skills—comfortable with A/B testing, ROAS analysis, and experimentation frameworks.
• Experience working closely with engineering and data science in agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience at e-commerce platforms or ad automation companies.
• Prior work in building lower-funnel marketing solutions using machine learning and NLP.
• Experience scaling advertising systems to millions of product-level campaigns.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin fluency is preferred.
