Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Director to lead the development of our affiliates platform in Taiwan. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of affiliate marketing, ad monetization models, and publisher partnerships.

This is a strategic role focused on building a scalable, localized affiliates ecosystem from the ground up. You will define product strategy, collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, and partnership teams, and deliver innovative features that empower publishers, influencers, and content creators to effectively monetize traffic and drive measurable growth.

You will work in close collaboration with the Director of Partnership / Affiliates to align product capabilities with growth strategies and go-to-market efforts. This is a rare opportunity to shape a country-specific platform leveraging the maturity of our existing infrastructure while innovating for the unique needs of Taiwan's digital landscape.

The Product Director will be responsible for:

  • Defining and executing the product roadmap for our Taiwan Affiliate Platform.
  • Building localized features that support traffic monetization, such as static/dynamic link generation, banner modules, conversion tracking, and cost-per-click/sale (CPC/CPS) attribution tools.
  • Prioritizing product development that addresses Taiwan-specific needs in business registration, payout models, regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including leading affiliates, ad tech, or traffic monetization platforms.
  • A strong understanding of affiliate marketing, ad monetization models (CPC, CPS), and publisher partnerships.
  • A track record of building products from 0 to 1 in new markets or emerging business lines.
  • Ability to define strategy, translate it into execution, and own the full product lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and performance analytics tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, especially working cross-functionally.
