Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary Product Director to lead the development of Coupang's Affiliate Platform in Taiwan.

  • Define and execute the product roadmap for the Affiliate Platform.
  • Build localized features that support traffic monetization, such as static/dynamic link generation, banner modules, conversion tracking, and cost-per-click/sale attribution tools.
Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, including leading affiliates, ad tech, or traffic monetization platforms.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing, ad monetization models (CPC, CPS), and publisher partnerships.
  • Track record of building products from 0 to 1 in new markets or emerging business lines.
  • Ability to define strategy, translate it into execution, and own the full product lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and performance analytics tools.
