About Web3 Innovation Program

Binance Web3 Innovation Program is a concise fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to have an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. You will be given the opportunity to experience life at Binance and understand what goes on behind the scenes of the worlds' leading blockchain ecosystem.

Eligibility

  • Current university students and recent graduates

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of our products using frontend tech stack (TS, React, etc) and NodeJS.
  • Collaborate closely with product team and local team to ensure seamless implementation of new features and user interfaces.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (such as security, IT, infra, etc) to identify and solve other issues.
  • Continuously learn and keep up-to-date with the latest front-end technologies and best practices.

Requirements

  • Understand front-end technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML, protocols, security, network, performance optimization.
  • Have in-depth application of at least one mainstream front-end framework (React, Vue, etc.) and understand its design principles;
  • Can leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance development efficiency.
  • Familiarity with graphics rich interactive development related technologies is preferred.
  • Possess good service awareness, sense of responsibility, strong learning ability, excellent team communication and collaboration skills.
