Innovative Wireless Product Design Professional

Job Summary:
We seek a talented Wireless Product Development Engineer to join our team, responsible for designing and developing innovative wireless products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development forward
- Design and develop 2D/3D models, prototypes, and assembly documentation
- Work closely with ID team to ensure timely product launches
- Verify functionality, reliability, and performance of prototypes
- Drive project progress through effective communication with Tooling, Manufacturing, Mech.Sourcer, Hardware, RF, and Antenna Engineers
- Track schedules in tooling, pilot runs, and pre-production
- Ensure high-quality products that meet cost, UX experience, and security standards
- Analyze competitors' products and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 7+ years of experience in mechanical design (sheet metal, plastics, castings, CNC)
- Specialization in waterproof, robustness, and mounting structure design
- Able to work in fast-paced environments
- High emotional quotient (EQ) and excellent communication skills
- Experience working under pressure and meeting deadlines
- Background in networking products and related fields
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience in injection molding, sheet metal, and die casting
