Job Description

As a Manager with our Consulting & Analytics division, you'll drive strategic projects for clients, enhancing their performance and profitability. Leveraging expertise in strategy consulting, payments, data analytics, marketing, and operational economics, you'll lead high-impact initiatives with tangible financial results.

You'll report directly to the Head of Visa Consulting and Analytics Taiwan, providing end-to-end enablement from client engagements to project delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Shaping initial proposed solutions for complex opportunities.
  • Leading project or team delivery in complicated projects, supported by internal resources and external vendors.
  • Defining scope, understanding clients' objectives, framing problems or opportunities.
  • Collecting and analyzing input from clients, interviews, data, processes, policies, competitive, and environmental information.
  • Synthesizing analysis to determine gaps, issues, opportunities.
  • Facilitating meetings and workshops as part of client engagements, enabling creative problem-solving and knowledge transfer to help clients achieve project objectives.

Requirements

To succeed, you'll need:

  • Strong English and Mandarin Chinese language skills.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry, payments, consulting, or a similar field.
  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields like business administration, economics, finance, computer science, engineering. A Master's Degree in related fields is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing complex projects in matrixed organizations.
  • Implementation experience of products or programs within financial services, preferably with a card issuer or acquirer.
