
Strategic Partnership Developer

This role is responsible for identifying and assessing potential business prospects, as well as building and managing strategic partnerships in the B2B sector. The Business Development Manager will focus on public assistance in disease awareness, education, consultation, prevention, and treatment by establishing collaborations with relevant stakeholders.
The primary responsibility of this role is to facilitate partnerships between corporate/industries and healthcare providers who are interested in promoting preventive education on infectious diseases. The focus of this position is to establish collaborations that drive disease awareness, education, consultation, prevention, and treatment.
- Conduct market analysis and evaluate potential business opportunities by studying market trends, competitive landscape, and customer demands to identify new prospects for partnerships & collaborations.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships by building relationships with key stakeholders such as healthcare providers, corporations, agencies, and other industries to promote disease awareness, education, consultation, prevention, and treatment.
- Develop and implement business development strategies by creating and executing strategies to expand the company's presence in disease prevention, including designing marketing campaigns, organizing educational events, or utilizing digital platforms to raise awareness about preventive measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams by working closely with internal departments like marketing, sales, research and development, and regulatory affairs to align business development initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Monitor industry trends and regulations by staying up-to-date with the latest trends, regulations, and policies related to disease prevention to adapt strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and seize emerging opportunities.
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in the medical industry or similar roles. Agile knowledge/certification is an advantage.
Key requirements/skills/leadership include excellent communication and negotiation skills, business acumen, relationship building and networking, results-oriented mindset, cross-functional collaboration, flexibility and adaptability, strong leadership and project management skills, and knowledge of regulations and compliance.
Additionally, the candidate should have a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to effectively identify potential business opportunities and make informed decisions.
