Server Thermal Design Leader
Mechanical engineering professionals drive the development of innovative and compliant design solutions for desktop, portable and server computer systems. They lead feasibility studies and testing of mechanical products, subassemblies and packaging to meet customer needs.

What you'll achieve
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to develop and optimize thermal and mechanical design solutions for server products.
- Host meetings with cross-functional teams and manage schedules for product requirements.
- Define design specifications and resolve issues through root cause analysis.
- Participate in key initiatives to improve daily efficiency and maximize portfolio benefits.
We're looking for someone with:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in mechanical or thermal engineering, with experience in CAE/simulation and empirical testing.
- 8+ years of experience as a DLC R&D engineer, including cold plate/tube routing design and CDU/rack-level cooling facilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluent English.
- Data analysis, root cause analysis, and issue triage skills, with knowledge of DLC manufacturing processes and DFM.
- A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
