你將成為顧客的科技英雄,讓每一次使用體驗都更順暢、更安心

你的工作內容:

■ 即時技術支援:透過電話或文字,協助顧客解決手機、平板、電腦等裝置的疑難雜症(如 APP 操作、帳號密碼、連線設定等)

■ 顧客關係維護:定期追蹤與回訪,確保顧客擁有最佳使用體驗

■ 科技知識更新:掌握最新 iOS、Android、Windows 裝置資訊,成為科技達人

■ 保險諮詢服務:提供裝置保險建議,協助顧客預防未來風險

■ 對科技產品有基本了解,樂於學習新知
