Deliver customer satisfaction through Customer Service and Applications support.

通過客戶服務和技術支援提供客戶滿意度。

●
主要工作職責 Main Tasks & Responsibilities :

1.Plan, conduct, and monitor the feedback of training, demonstration, troubleshooting and other technical supports for internal stakeholders (e.g. sales, engineers) and external stakeholders (e.g. end users, distributors).

為內部相關人員(例如業務、工程師)和外部相關人員(例如終端使用者、經銷商)計劃、執行和追蹤培訓反饋、演示、故障排除和其他技術支援。

2.Maintain/update products information promptly and report the potential impact of the changes; Installation and testing of new instruments and assist customers to used.

維護並即時更新產品資料,以及報告改變的潛在影響;安裝和測試新儀器並協助客戶使用。

3.Planned and proactively visit the existing and new customer base to get user feedback on our product and service and deliver quality service on time.

有計劃地並主動拜訪既有和新的客戶群,以獲得使用者對產品和服務的反饋,並即時提供具品質之服務。

4.Work closely with Service Engineer and Sales team in order to support customer satisfaction and sales effort, including pre-sales promotion.

與維修工程師和業務團隊緊密合作以全力支持客戶滿意度和銷售活動,包括售前產品推廣。

5.Works on the planning and implementation of projects that improve the service quality and sales effort, including assist pre-sales activity projects with marketing Dept.

致力於規劃和實施改善服務質量和銷售活動之專案任務以及配合行銷部門各種銷售前專案執行。

6.Timely report customer complaints/problems to Global Communication Database website seeking for the cause of the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution and execution of required corrective actions to fulfill customer needs.

即時向全球案例管理平台回報客戶投訴/問題,尋找問題的原因;加快糾正或調整;為滿足客戶需求,追蹤以確保解決和執行所需的糾正措施。

證照:醫事檢驗師(加分)

具備駕照:普通小型車
