【工作內容】

  • 負責內部軟體專案的開發、維護與管理

  • 執行專案進度控管、風險評估與版本發佈

  • 協調內外部資源,推動功能導入與專案執行

  • 協助產品測試與錯誤追蹤,提出改善建議

  • 跨部門溝通,整合需求並提供解決方案

  • 評估技術可行性,掌握科技趨勢並落實於產品

  • 處理主管交辦事項

【必備條件】

  • 產品與流程定義能力: 能夠撰寫產品或商業規格書,並繪製產品或業務流程圖。

  • 核心軟技能: 具備優異的溝通協調、邏輯思考與問題解決能力。

  • 技術基礎: 具備網路、資料庫和計算機科學(或電腦科學)的基礎知識。

  • 專案工具實戰: 具備 JIRA、Confluence 等專案管理工具的實際使用經驗。

【加分項】

  • 具備流利的英文聽說讀寫能力。

  • 資訊相關科系畢業,具備軟體開發經驗及技術背景者優先考慮。

  • 擁有 Python、Java、Golang 或 等語言的實際開發經驗。

  • 熟悉敏捷開發 (Agile/Scrum) 框架,並能有效管理產品待辦清單 (Product Backlog)。

  • 能夠整理需求背後的系統架構(例如:使用的 AWS 服務、訊息佇列 MQ 等)。

  • 能夠獨立產出需求API 規格文件。
