你的工作內容:

1. 透過電話與電子郵件,提供客戶與業務專業的產品技術支援

2. 為業務、客戶及工程師舉辦產品教育訓練

3. 出差拜訪海外客戶,參與展覽並協助器材架設

4. 製作與編輯產品教學影片

5. 撰寫、整理並更新產品技術資訊

我們希望你具備:

1. 中英文聽說讀寫精通

2. 熟悉基本電腦硬體與網路概念

3. 良好的溝通能力與高EQ,能應對各類客戶與業務

4. 邏輯思維清晰,能有效分析並解決客戶問題

5. 具技術支援或客戶服務經驗

Join Us as a Technical Support Engineer at GeoVision
We're looking for a passionate problem-solver who loves technology and enjoys helping others. If you're fluent in both Chinese and English and have solid technical knowledge, this is your chance to grow with a global team

What You'll Do:

* Provide technical support via phone and email to customers and sales teams

* Conduct product training sessions for clients and internal staff

* Travel overseas for customer visits and exhibitions

* Create and edit product tutorial videos

* Write and update product technical documents

What You Bring:

* Excellent command of Chinese and English (spoken & written)

* Familiar with computer hardware and networking basics

* Strong communication skills and high EQ when dealing with customers

* Logical thinking and strong problem-solving ability

* Experience in technical support or customer service

Nice to Have:

* Experience with overseas trips or trade shows

* Video production or editing skills
