我們正在尋找一位專注於工業顯示器與觸控螢幕產品規格定義與產品線規劃的專業人才。此職位將負責系統級產品規格定義,涵蓋光學設計、機構設計、顯示電路與韌體整合,並決定晶片選型與 Micro / Mini LED 驅動方案,確保顯示效能符合客戶需求。您將規劃與整合螢幕的藍牙(BT)與 WiFi 功能,使顯示器能與智慧裝置、控制器及物聯網平台互聯互通,支援遠端管理、互動控制與資料傳輸。

職位同時負責產品線規劃與 AIoT 技術導入,打造高效可靠、互動式、前瞻性的顯示方案,應用於工業自動化、智慧製造、零售與智慧城市等垂直場景,並協助公司產品在全球顯示器市場中取得技術領導地位。

主要工作職責

  • 以標準品 PM 的角度,根據市場需求與晶片商提供的技術規格主導產品設計與規格定義。
  • 定義工業顯示器、觸控螢幕及 AIoT 應用產品的系統級規格,包括 EE、ME、光學及韌體整合。
  • 光學設計:規劃光的折射角度、亮度與對比,確保顯示效果達到規格要求。
  • ME 設計:提供可量產的機構方案,確保產品結構穩定可靠。
  • 顯示 EE / Firmware 設計:如 Micro / Mini LED 驅動、Layout 系統級規格定義。
  • 晶片選型與功能整合:熟悉 MTK、Novatek、Realtek、Rockchip 等晶片,並整合 BT(WC)、WiFi(MXP)功能,使顯示器可與智慧裝置及 IoT 平台互聯。
  • 產品線規劃:制定產品 roadmap,統整不同顯示技術與功能需求。
  • 與客戶需求對接,轉化為產品規格與技術方案,確保產品符合市場與客戶期望。
  • 持續追蹤市場趨勢、AIoT 與互動顯示技術發展,提出創新與產品優化建議。

必要條件

  • 3~5 年顯示器產品開發或系統級產品規格定義經驗。
  • 熟悉光學設計,能規劃光折射角度與亮度效果。
  • 具 ME 設計經驗,能提供可量產的機構方案。
  • 具 Display EE 與 Firmware 經驗,如 Micro / Mini LED 驅動、Layout 系統級設計。
  • 熟悉顯示晶片與功能整合(MTK、Novatek、Realtek、Rockchip、藍牙 WC、WiFi MXP 等)。
  • 能規劃產品線與制定產品 roadmap。
  • 能與客戶需求對接並轉化為產品規格與技術方案。
  • 具跨部門協作能力與技術整合經驗。

加分條件

  • 有 AIoT 智慧顯示或互動顯示產品經驗。
  • 熟悉微 LED、OLED 或其他新型顯示技術研發。
  • 具 BT / WiFi 功能整合與應用實作經驗,能與 IoT 或智慧裝置互通。
  • 熟悉顯示器市場趨勢與晶片技術更新。
  • 具光學、機構與 EE 系統整合設計經驗。
  • 曾參與跨國產品專案或與國際客戶合作經驗。
